CONGRATULATIONS on becoming a member of the Orpheus Academy and part of our growing community of Therapists, Coaches and Practitioners. Here is a summary of the key points of the commercial licence for independent practitioners, which exist to benefit both you and your clients.  The full licence terms can be found here:

• The licence term is for a full year, giving you all of the benefits throughout that period. It auto-renews annually, to save you from having to remember, including taking payment from your chosen account.
• You can toggle off the auto renew at any point, but please be aware that if you are outside of a licence agreement for more than 6 months, you will need to re-sit the exams in order to obtain a new licence.
• This licence agreement allows you to use the app in 1-to-1 sessions with patients/clients who are paying you directly. You can work in a group setting but again, this must be paid for by the individuals present.
• If an organisation (not including medical insurance companies or other public healthcare providers like the NHS in the UK) wishes to pay for the sessions on behalf of your patient/client, then Orpheus (and you) can offer a more comprehensive proposition. Orpheus can give free access to your end patient/client and potentially obtain more revenue for you. We canalso manage the relationship at an organisational level, saving you time and administration. This is why it is a term of the licence that you must contact Orpheus at info@orpheusmindtechnologies.com in this situation. You will ALWAYS be given first option for any work arising from that organisation’s relationship with Orpheus.
• You now have access to our Q&A sessions to discuss aspects of therapy and coaching with other Orpheus Academy members and Directors.
• You can now offer your clients a significant discount for them to use the app between sessions. Please note, your client coupon is ONLY for use by your current clients. It must not be redistributed, and you MUST make it clear to your clients that the coupon is ONLY for their use and not for redistribution.
• You now have commercial access to these ground-breaking, innovative audio tracks. Please note, YOU MUST NOT copy, reproduce, modify, amend, add to or in any way alter or create derivatives or translations of the audio tracks.
• As a licenced therapist, you can now use the Orpheus name and logo (which are registered marks). However, if you leave a licence agreement, you must delete image files and remove the logo from any of your public and private promotional materials, including from any 3^rdparty website and directories not owned by Orpheus. You also cannot describe yourself or in any way reference being Orpheus accredited.
• Whilst Orpheus has liability insurance for end-user use of the app in a self-applied way, it is included in the licence terms that you must take out your own professional liability insurance, to ensure that you properly protect yourself.
