Affiliate Dos and Donts

How your rewards work

  • Your discount code gives your audience 50% off the Level 1 and Level 2 training. When someone buys using your code, the sale is credited to you.
  • Your referral link (from the link generator on your dashboard) tracks the people you send to us. If someone clicks your link and completes their purchase within 14 days, the sale is credited to you — even if they don’t use your code. Clicking your link again starts a fresh 14-day period. Once the 14 days have elapsed, no commission is due on a later purchase unless they click an affiliate link again or use your code.
  • You earn a commission of USD 50 for each Level 1 or Level 2 training sale credited to you.
  • Commissions are paid automatically on the 15th of each month (for commissions older than 15 days) via Stripe Connect.

Dos

  • Do share your personal discount code and referral link wherever your audience is — website, newsletter, social media, workshops, or one-to-one conversations.
  • Do tell people your code gives them 50% off the Level 1 and Level 2 training — it’s a genuine saving, so make it prominent.
  • Do be open that you’re an Orpheus affiliate and earn a commission on sales you refer. Honesty builds trust — and disclosure is a legal requirement in most countries.
  • Do connect your Stripe account in the Affiliate Dashboard so we can pay you, and keep your contact details up to date.
  • Do turn on email notifications in the dashboard so you hear about new commissions and payments.
  • Do ask us first before using the Orpheus name, logo, or branding in your own materials — write to info@orpheusmindtechnologies.com with the subject “Orpheus Affiliate Program”. We usually approve within 7 days.
  • Do remind people not to wait — your referral link is only credited if the purchase completes within 14 days of the click.

Don’ts

  • Don’t buy through your own link or code. Self-purchases never earn commission — the system blocks them automatically.
  • Don’t call yourself qualified unless you have passed an Orpheus Academy exam. If you have, you may describe yourself as Orpheus Academy Level 1 or Level 2 qualified, depending on which exam you have passed — and you must always make your level clear. If you haven’t passed an exam, you may only describe yourself as an Orpheus affiliate, and never as Orpheus staff.
  • Don’t make promises on Orpheus’s behalf — no guarantees about therapeutic outcomes, refunds, pricing changes, or anything else. If you’re unsure what you can say, ask us.
  • Don’t alter the offer. The discount comes only from your code at checkout — don’t advertise other prices or imply bigger discounts.
  • Don’t spam. Only contact people in ways that comply with the law (including GDPR and anti-spam rules). No unsolicited bulk email, comment spam, or misleading posts.
  • Don’t publish your code on coupon or voucher aggregator sites — your code is for your audience, not for discount directories.
  • Don’t run paid ads on Orpheus brand keywords (for example, bidding on “Orpheus Mind Technologies” in search ads) — this competes with our own marketing rather than reaching new audiences.

Good to know

  • If a visitor clicked another affiliate’s link first, their purchase during that active window is credited to that affiliate — the first link wins.
  • Questions about the programme, your commissions, or what you’re allowed to say? Email info@orpheusmindtechnologies.com with the subject “Orpheus Affiliate Program”.
